9. Recruitment of an Interim SQA Manager, for a European Automotive Manufacturing Company
The majority of the roles we work on are strictly client lead and involve our consultants seeking to fill specific vacancies provided to us by clients. Occasionally, however, we seek to assist specialist individuals in their search for new employment opportunities, particularly if they are recommended to us by trusted sources. One such example occurred when a long-term client recommended a Senior Process Improvement Consultant to us, in search of his next interim management position. Following an interview and reference checks with this person we were able to promote him to a number of relevant clients, resulting in his appointment as an Interim Manager, responsible for implementing a new Quality Audit System.
