8. Recruitment of a Sales Manager, for a Leading Aerospace Electronics Company
When a leading supplier of Aerospace and Defence Electronic Systems wanted to recruit a Sales Manager, which they were unable to identify through an existing preferred supplier list of recruitment consultancies, or though engaging a head-hunter, they gave the assignment to Euro-Projects to demonstrate our skills and services. Using our existing network of contacts in this sector, and many calls later, we were able to put our client in touch with their ideal candidate who was in the process of looking for a new position. Following a rigorous selection process they appointed this candidate and have engaged our services on several occasions since on both a contingency and retained basis.
