Recruitment of a French Business Development Manager for a High-Tech UK Company
For nearly ten years our client, a specialist UK based Automotive R&D and Test Centre has used Euro-Projects Recruitment as a supplier of specialist recruitment services. When they wanted to recruit a Business Development Manager to develop their business in support of French customers, Euro-Projects were able to provide a complete solution including writing advertising copy in French, placing advertisements in French newspapers and managing the application process.
Following telephone pre-screening interviews a short-list of candidates were met and interviewed by Euro-Projects' consultants in Paris. From these a refined short-list was presented to the client comprising detailed interviewers notes. The top three candidates were then interviewed in the UK and a successful appointment made.
Throughout the process Euro-Projects were able to provide supporting information with respect to French salary levels and employment issues.
