Recruitment of a Team of Technical Specialists for a High-Tech Consultancy
When our client, a leading specialist engineering software and consulting business decided to expand their software and engineering consultancy divisions, Euro-Projects Recruitment worked in close partnership with them to identify and select the best people for them to choose from.
Initially as trust was building, several industry specialists were recruited from Euro-Projects' database, however, as requirements grew Euro-Projects provided a fully managed recruitment service, including the management of an advertising campaign in the trade press, response handling of all applications, interviewing and psychometric profiling of all candidates and presenting a refined short list to the client's Management Team. This ensured that in a critical phase of the company's growth Senior Managers and Technical Personnel could focus on their own jobs and not spend time in non-productive recruitment activities, such as reviewing unsuitable CV's or meeting unsuitable candidates. The candidates provided by Euro-Projects were all of a high calibre and a total of seven technical specialists were appointed as a result of this activity.
