12. Executive Search (link to Executive Search) of a Commercial Manager for a Leading Defence Company
When we first contacted this Client they had no vacancies, but we developed an understanding of their business and potential partnership for future support. When their extremely difficult to fill vacancy for a Commercial Manager became available, we were invited to conduct an executive search assignment on their behalf to identify and select suitable candidates. Using our existing knowledge of the market and supplementary research we generated a list of target individuals appropriate for the role, who were advised of the opportunity available. From this we received several applications for the vacancy, candidates were interviewed by Euro-Projects and if relevant to proceed were progressed to interview with the client, Euro-Projects' Search Consultant also being present at each interview to provide guidance and support. In addition, working with all parties at offer negotiation stage to ensure a seamless transition of the appointee into his new role.
