10. Recruitment of a Technical Sales Consultant for the Benelux Territory on Behalf of a UK Based Scientific Test Facility
Following the successful recruitment of a Business Development Director for a client, and as their business expanded into Europe, the strategy to develop a presence in Benelux was supported by Euro-Projects to recruit a territory based Technical Sales Consultant. Working in close partnership with the client and through a detailed knowledge of their business, Euro-Projects researched the most appropriate places to advertise, wrote, translated and booked advertisements and managed the response, including comprehensive telephone pre-screening and arranging client interviews in Belgium. Upon selection of the desired candidate, Euro-Projects provided further assistance researching and making recommendations regarding contracts of employment. This assignment quickly resulted in a successful appointment being made.
