Recruitment of a Multi-Disciplined Technical Team to Support Business Growth
Following a Management buy-out, our client, a specialist Automotive and commercial vehicle R&D Consultancy engaged the services of Euro-Projects Recruitment to support dynamic growth plans with specialist R&D, Test and Project Engineers. Working in partnership with them, Euro-Projects used a combination of

- Search Techniques
Building a cross functional team of automotive engineers, ranging from Senior Technical Specialists and Project Managers to Graduate Engineers with two to three years experience. A total of fourteen people were recruited in a five-month period, enabling the new business plan to move forward with the necessary resource behind it. Euro-Projects continue to work with this client to provide specialist engineering skills for both permanent and contract assignments.
