Stephen founded Euro-Projects Recruitment in 1996, recognising a growing gap in the market for a recruitment business capable of understanding the needs of engineers and engineering companies. In 2000 he was listed in the Who's Who of Britain's young entrepreneurs. Previously a Project Engineer for McDonald Engineering plc, Marketing Manager for Extec Industries and Management Consultant with Kettle and Lord working on projects for the Royal Academy of Engineering and DTI.

An active fundraiser for UNICEF, Stephen combines his passion for travel and fitness undertaking challenging charity events. So far he has crossed the Himalaya Mountains, Sahara Desert, climbed Kilimanjaro and rowed across the English Channel. Each year Stephen organises a 3 Peaks Challenge for Clients, Candidates and Business Associates to participate in and raise funds for UNICEF's International Development activities.

Ian is a Director of Euro-Projects Recruitment and Partner of EP Executive Search, joining the business in 2000 as a Senior Consultant. Previously an Executive Search Consultant and Senior Consultant with PSD in London. Ian has a wealth of expertise in high level search and selection, in addition he maintains a thorough understanding of the manufacturing industry.

In his spare time Ian is a keen cyclist, introducing the Euro-Projects Recruitment Cycle To Work Scheme. He coaches under 7's rugby at Syston Rugby Club, Leicestershire. He is also an avid horticulturalist and has introduced a number of pioneering organic growing techniques.

John joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in 2010 to head up new business development and commercial activities. Prior to this he has nineteen years' experience providing advertising solutions to engineering employers in the UK, Europe, America, Australasia and Asia working for the multi-national media company, United News and Media and over fifteen years with the publishing division of the prestigious Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), where he led group advertisement sales.

Originally from Leicestershire, John is a life-long Leicester Tigers RFC fan, as well as being volunteer, committee member and Starting Marshal for the recently launched Leicester Lions Speedway.

Vic joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in 2007 to lead the Process Engineering Division. He has over 30 years' experience in the recruitment industry, with the last 10 years focussed on the Food, Drinks, Brewing, Dairy, Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas Industries in the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Previous positions include Resourcing Manager for Walker Cox Interim Management and Manager of PHDS Midlands.

Outside interests include an enthusiasm for travel in Eastern Europe, literature and music. He is considered the John Peel of Euro-Projects Recruitment.

Edward joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in 2006 from the sales recruitment team of Ashfield Healthcare. Since joining Euro-Projects Recruitment he has developed the Professional Recruitment Division and currently manages the continued growth of this business area.

A committed rugby player Edward plays on the wing for local team Ashby RFC.

Luke joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in 2004 on our graduate development programme. He has risen to oversee specialist functional recruitment activities. Responsible for technical recruitment and major accounts in the automotive, aerospace, rail, nuclear engineering and engineering software sectors.

Luke balances his spare time with his family, playing golf and his support for Leicester City Football Club.

Jan joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in February 2012 as a Senior Consultant, having spent nearly 25 years in the recruitment of Senior Engineering and Manufacturing personnel. His key skills include high-level Search & Selection techniques for Retained Search, Advertised and Full-Service Recruitment assignments for SME’s and some of the largest engineering and manufacturing organisations in the UK. He closely partners companies in a variety of industries, including nuclear and conventional energy, automotive, rail, aerospace and FMCG. 

Outside the office, Jan has varied interests: He wields a mean spade on his allotment, loves growing, cooking and eating good food, brews his own beer, is an amateur investor and lover of most sports, especially rugby.

Manny joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in 2006 to lead the "Blue-Collar" Skilled Shopfloor Engineering Division of Euro-Projects Recruitment. Previous positions held include Branch Manager of ETS Recruitment Leicester Office and a career in industry as a Buyer and Stock Controller for Westropp Engineering.

Outside work Manny is an enthusiastic football fan and follower of Liverpool F.C. He enjoys family life and walking to keep fit.

Joining as a Trainee in 2007, Matthew has since developed his career with Euro-Projects Recruitment. Currently a very successful Technical Consultant he has also worked in the Commercial and Engineering teams to gain a thorough perspective of the business and our markets and acted as a key consultant on several major accounts, including support for Chinese automotive manufacturer Chang'An Automobile Co. new European Technical Centre.

With hidden footballing talents, he is also a semi-professional player for local team Hinckley United in the Conference North League.

Wendy joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in 2004 as Office Manager and today is responsible for company accounts and financial control, in addition to all support functions & company facilities. Also responsible for the management of contractors, she is the main point of contact for all contractors and interim consultants on placement through Euro-Projects Recruitment.

In her free time Wendy tries to scare herself riding her Performance Motorbikes or Scuba Diving. She has also abseiled for charity and is planning a charity sky dive.

Dawn initially joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in 2006 as an Administration Assistant. Since then she has been promoted to her current role of Recruitment Researcher, where she supports the search of Technical Executives and Senior Technical Professionals for our International client base.

Outside work Dawn enjoys walking and looking after her young family.

Jayne joined Euro-Projects Recruitment in 2010 as Researcher for the Professional and Executive Recruitment Team. With a commercial background herself she brings a unique insight to the recruitment and selection process. Prior to joining Euro-Projects Recruitment Jayne ran the administration of a local facility caring for children and teenagers.

Jayne balances her time at Euro-Projects Recruitment with a young family and active social life.

Since 2011 Anna has supported our European recruitment activities, with her specific knowledge of the Polish and German markets. Born and raised in North Western Poland, Anna has a First Class Honours Degree in HR Management and has previously worked in a number of commercial & professional positions, including innovative start-up companies.

In her free time Anna is interested in Space Exploration, saying if she wasn't a Consultant with Euro-Projects Recruitment she would be an Astrobiologist. She is also a keen horse rider and enthusiastic community worker, assisting Polish visitors to the UK integrate locally.

Ewan joined Euro-Projects Recruitment on our Graduate Training Programme. After completing a Master's Degree in Politics he was involved in business development within the communication and media sectors. Since joining Euro-Projects Recruitment he has led and supported a number of successful recruitment assignments within the Commercial, Professional & Executive Search team.

A keen Leicester Tigers fan and one time hooker for Sandbach RFC, Ewan also plays league squash and occasionally forces himself to go running.

With our commitment to creating opportunities for local graduates, Joe has joined Euro-Projects Recruitment as our latest Graduate Intern from Nottingham Trent University. Currently studying Business, Administration & IT, he is supporting the development and updating of new systems and processes within the company.

Joe is an enthusiastic Leicester City supporter and keen follower of "Student Life"
